Gear & Adventure collects only what is needed to plan and run your trip, and handles it under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Your name, mobile number and the travel details you share when you message or call us.
• Government ID details and emergency contacts, where permits, stays or safety require them.
• Medical or dietary notes you choose to share with your trip captain.

This website

The booking and callback forms on this site do not send or store anything. They write a message on your own device and open WhatsApp; nothing reaches us until you press send there. The site sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and pages requested, for security.

How we use it

To run the trip you asked about or booked: replies, confirmations, reminders, pickup details and support. We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the people who deliver your trip, such as transport partners, stays and permit offices.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or stop marketing messages, by writing to gearandadventuree@gmail.com. Booking records are kept for as long as tax law requires.
